Chopin Mon Ami, inc. started in 2005 as a cake company making specialty cakes for restaurants and people wanting a homemade cake to celebrate events.
After 6 months of making cakes we started catering corporate lunches. All of our business was gained through word of mouth. Today, we cater corporate and special events, private parties, holiday events and we specialize in weddings, averaging 34 weddings a year.
