Chopin Mon Ami, inc. started in 2005 as a cake company making specialty cakes for restaurants and people wanting a homemade cake to celebrate events. After 6 months of making cakes we started catering corporate lunches. All of our business was gained through word of mouth. Today, we cater corporate and special events, weddings, private parties and holiday events. In July of 2008 we hired Robert Rodriguez as our new Head Chef. Robert comes to us after retiring from DiBellas’s Restaurant with 17 years of service. Robert has allowed us to raise the bar once again. We are also happy about adding a Pastry Chef, Ashley Wenner. Ashley comes to us from Moody Gardens. Her expertise in desserts and wedding cakes has allowed us to add several new items to our menu. We would like to give you the service that you deserve as a client of Chopin Mon Ami, Inc. Please allow us the chance to create your culinary desires.
