CHOPIN STUFFED TENDERLOIN
We start with the tenderloin butterflied. We season the loin with our special seasoning. Then we stuff it with Roasted Red Pepper, Fresh Mozzarella, Fresh Spinach and Fresh Basil. Roll it up and sear it to lock in the flavor. We bake it and slice it. Then we pour a mushroom Au Jus sauce over it.

Grilled Tenderloin
We cut the tenderloin in 8oz. steaks. Char Grill it to perfection. Season it with our own Seasoning and brush it with butter.

This is our most requested chicken dish.
It is delightful, affordable and tastes wonderful.
We pound out a 6 oz. boneless chicken breast and stuff it with swiss cheese, dressing and shrimp. We bake it and pour a homemade white wine sauce over the breast.
Everyone loves it!
BRAZILIAN CHICKEN
This is our most requested chicken dish for the summer. It is colorful and healthy. We start out with a boneless chicken breast marinated in an oregano and crushed red pepper mixture. We saute it and top it with the mandarin orange slices, grape tomato halves, purple onion slices and chopped parsley. We suggest that you serve it with our own lemon rice.
CHOPIN CHICKEN MARSALA
Chicken Marsala is our favorite dish. We make really good marsala. It all starts with the quality of marsala wine. We use a very good marsala wine and add fresh mushroom. We take our time stirring frequently, until mushrooms are golden brown around the edges and have given off their liquid. Add the Marsala wine and bring to a boil, scraping to remove any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
CHICKEN PICCATA
A great Italian dish. Medallions of skinless, boneless breast of chicken sautéed with capiers and finished with lemon butter and white wine.

SHRIMP ORLEANS
Our best shrimp dish! We use large gulf shrimp that we marinade over night in our orleans spices. We saute the shrimp and yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, purple onions in our cajun butter sauce. Served over angle hair pasta or rice.

GULF GRILLED SHRIMP
Large gulf shrimp that are peeled and deveined. Char grilled and brushed with our garlic butter sauce.

Add Gulf Grilled Shrimp to a pasta and alfredo sauce with a salad and everyone will enjoy this dish.
TILIPIA
Tilapia fillets are broiled, baked or grilled with a topping mixture made with lemon, butter, parsley, chopped green onions, and seasonings. Request a white wine sauce to add to the taste.
Fresh Tilapia stuffed with shrimp and grilled to perfecting. Topped with a mushroom cream sauce and more shirmp. This dish will impress any seafood lover. Welcome to the Island.
